We had several people staying there for a wedding and the staff and lobby bartender were excellent.
I loved the location of this hotel. We had an event at the sports plex and it was so nice to walk right to it! All the bars and restaurants were a great bonus too! The rooms were updated and comfortable.

Everything was excellent! The staff was friendly, the facilities were nice and clean as well as the rooms. They looked exactly like the pictures, which isn't always the case with hotels. I also loved the fact that there was a bar, restaurant, and rooftop skylounge that had excellent food and drinks! Also, the location is ideal for anyone visiting Winthrop University since it's literally one street over! 10 out of 10!
The room was spacious, clean, and very, very, comfortable. The person working the rooftop bar, and the person working the lobby bar, were both very professional, courteous, wonderful people.
